tbajj Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations, and the Rules of Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the tbajj online betting and casino platform ("Platform", "tbajj", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at tbajj.io and any associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, or applications operated under the tbajj brand.

tbajj operates as an offshore online betting and gaming platform. The Platform provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, bingo formats, and related gaming services to registered account holders.

By completing the registration process and creating a tbajj account, or by accessing any part of the Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Access to and use of the tbajj Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their account lifecycle:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. tbajj does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
• Jurisdiction: You must access and use the Platform only from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting and gaming in your jurisdiction before registering. tbajj makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register an account.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed voluntarily through tbajj's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other recognised gaming operator or regulatory body.
• Not an Excluded Person: You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or family member of a household of an employee of tbajj or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

To access real-money gaming services on tbajj, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tbajj Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: tbajj requires all account holders to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification before withdrawals are processed above the applicable threshold. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, and may include proof of address and proof of payment method. tbajj reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Account Currency: All tbajj accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are all expressed and processed in BDT unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a promotion.
• Account Ownership: Your tbajj account is strictly personal. You may not transfer, sell, assign, pledge, or otherwise deal in your account or any part of your account balance. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tbajj account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or representatives.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your tbajj account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of login security, particularly when accessing tbajj from new or unrecognised devices.
• You must notify tbajj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that you have received any phishing communication purporting to be from tbajj.
• tbajj will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

tbajj employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between player devices and tbajj servers, automatic session timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity, login location monitoring, and brute-force lockout protection. These security measures are in addition to — not a substitute for — your own responsibility to safeguard your account credentials.

tbajj accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

tbajj processes deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket / Dutch-Bangla Bank (mobile financial service)
• Upay / UCB (mobile financial service)
• Visa and Mastercard (international debit and credit cards)

Deposits: The minimum deposit on tbajj is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly. There are no deposit fees charged by tbajj on any payment method, though your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal on tbajj is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid only to the verified account holder. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes on average for mobile money methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. tbajj does not charge withdrawal fees on any standard payment method.

Withdrawal Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering control. Where this is not possible due to payment method limitations, tbajj's payments team will contact you at your registered email address to arrange an alternative verification-compliant withdrawal route.

KYC Requirement: Withdrawals above the KYC threshold will not be processed until full identity verification has been completed. tbajj reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending KYC completion at any time.

tbajj offers promotional bonuses to registered account holders from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus-derived funds remain non-withdrawable.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered, KYC-verified account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. tbajj reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active in a player's account at any time unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while a wagering requirement from a previous bonus remains unsatisfied may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any account found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage, syndicate play, use of multiple accounts, or any other technique designed to derive guaranteed profit from bonus funds — will have the relevant bonuses voided, related winnings confiscated, and the account closed. tbajj's determination on bonus abuse is final.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically. No extensions are granted.
• Promotional Changes: tbajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus funds already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal.

All bets and wagers placed on the tbajj Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. tbajj reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Erroneous Odds: Where odds or prices are published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, tbajj reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and return the stake to the player's account. tbajj's determination as to whether an error occurred is final.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and within individual game interfaces.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement; late acceptance of a bet placed after an event has commenced; detection of prohibited conduct; or technical error. Voided bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake value.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets close and re-open at tbajj's discretion during the course of a live event. Any bet placed on a market that was already closed at the time of placement will be voided. tbajj uses real-time data feeds for in-play pricing; occasional latency is inherent in the nature of live betting and does not constitute grounds for a claim against tbajj.
• Slot and RNG Games: All slot, table game, and random number generator (RNG) outcomes on the tbajj Platform are produced by certified third-party game engines (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). tbajj does not control or influence the outcome of any RNG game. Game results are final and cannot be reversed.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the studio operator's published ruleset, which takes precedence in the event of any conflict with general tbajj game rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbajj Platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in bet voidance, fund confiscation, account termination, and may result in a report being made to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any act of fraud including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud, or submission of falsified KYC documentation.
• Money Laundering: Use of the tbajj Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. tbajj complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and monitors all account activity for suspicious patterns.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you or any person known to you has advance knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome or has sought to influence the outcome.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between tbajj and other betting operators, or use of any strategy designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI-assisted decision tools, or any other automated means to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly on the Platform to gain an advantage. You are required to report any such error to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your tbajj account, whether for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or any other activity.

tbajj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders and can be accessed directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your tbajj account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. tbajj will notify you when your session limit is approaching and will automatically log you out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but you cannot log in, deposit funds, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the tbajj Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tbajj Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform;
• Use the tbajj brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any manner without prior written consent from tbajj;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of tbajj intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbajj's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tbajj account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tbajj shall not be liable to you for any of the following, even if tbajj has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss arising from Platform unavailability, interruption, delay, or technical fault;
• Loss arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content;
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature.

The tbajj Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tbajj makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. tbajj shall not be liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or cyberattacks.

tbajj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during the account lifecycle;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder's payment provider;
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder;
• At tbajj's sole discretion for any other reason consistent with these Terms.

Upon account termination for breach, tbajj reserves the right to confiscate any balance in the account, including real-money funds, to the extent necessary to cover losses caused by the account holder's breach, offset fraudulent gains, or comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled in accordance with standard rules before the closure is finalised.

tbajj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tbajj will notify registered account holders by email to their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at tbajj.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of the tbajj Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter your rights or obligations, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without individual notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tbajj is incorporated as an offshore entity.

tbajj operates as an offshore online betting platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. tbajj does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction of residence or access.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as tbajj submitting to the jurisdiction of any court or regulatory body other than those applicable to its place of incorporation. tbajj makes no claims that the Platform or its content is appropriate, lawful, or available for use outside of the jurisdictions in which it operates.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and tbajj regarding a bet outcome, bonus settlement, account decision, or any other matter, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact the tbajj support team via email with full details of your complaint, including your account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue. tbajj will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to tbajj's senior disputes team by replying to the original support email thread with the subject line "FORMAL DISPUTE".
